| Video Discription | Petrotentorial Meningioma Prof. Dr. Selçuk YILMAZLAR Uludag University, School of Medicine, Neurosurgery, Bursa, Türkiye .A 61-year-old female was introduced to our hospital complaining of headache and gait disturbance. MRI demonstrated a left petrotentorial tumor in the posterior fossa. The tumor was enhanced intensively on MRI and showed the dural tail sign. Total tumor resection was achieved by retrosigmoid suboccipital minicraniotomy in park bench position. She improved clinically after surgery . Histological examination showed meningioma . We demonstrated basic surgical technique in this case. |
