This video demonstrates the injection strategy of distal edge injection, then resection, then moving progressively toward the opposite or anatomic proximal edge with repeated injection and resection. Note the use of liberal injection, 20 and 15 mm stiff snares, and tight snare closure before application of electrocautery. Hot avulsion is demonstrated at the end of resection.
