| Video Discription | Problem: Elderly woman with multiple comorbid conditions. Polyp: Flat lesion was tethered to the cecum from prior incomplete resections. EMR: Submucosal injections was unsuccessful to create a good lift; it resulted in mucosal blebs, before the lesion lifted. Snare resection of the lesion was successful after a couple of attempts. APC was applied to prevent recurrence. Before final closure,residual flat lesion was removed with a biopsy forceps followed by APC and clip closure. The specimen was retrieved in a net and fixed on a cardboard. |
