With cases like these, it is important to know that the success rate of this type of graft is very high because no immune reaction is triggered. During the surgery, one of our custom made cutting guides was used and placed on the patient's jaw to resect the tumor. A second guide was used to cut two fragments of the patient's fibula in order to guarantee a custom-made reconstruction that best suited the patient's morphology.
