| Video Discription | This 66 y/o male presented with sudden onset left side weakness and disorientation. The MRS was arranged, and the right basal ganglia glioma was suspected. After discussion with the family, surgical intervention was arranged. However, the frozen section showed that lymphoma was more likely. Thus, the surgery finished after the biopsy. Postoperatively, the follow-up image showed the disappearance of the tumor enhancement. (after 3 days of decadron therapy) This is a patient with a so-called "ghost tumor." |
