CBP Suggested, iron diffenceny anemia. Stool for occult blood for positive, CT suggested, multiple polyps with jejuno-jujunalintusseption. UGI scopy suggested multiple gastric and duodenal polyps. #Colonoscopy suggested multiple ileal and colonic #Polyps. Endoscopic submucosal dissection (#ESD) done for the largest polyp in the stomach and rectum. Histopathology suggested #hamartomatous polyps.
