| Video Discription | In this operation, combined subtemporal and retrosigmoid approach was used for total excision of invasive tentorial hwmangiopericytoma.No embolization was used preoperatively The whole tumor was removed together with mastoid bone, the tentorium, sigmoid and transverse sinuses followed by dural, tentorium and bony reconstruction.Total blood loss was 900 ml ( 2 units blood were transfused during surgery).The pathology revealed anaplastic Hemangiopericytoma.
