| Video Discription | Cerebellopontine Angle (CPA) Meningioma Prof. Dr. Selçuk YILMAZLAR Uludag University, Neurosurgery, Bursa, TÜRKİYE We demostrated a case of cerebellopontine angle meningioma occupying of the petrotentorial region. The patient presented with a 1-month history of progressive weaknes, dizziness, amnesia, gait disturbance and drowsiness. Neurologic examination confirmed a wide-based, unsteady gait, cerebellar ataxia, loss of gag reflex. MRI images demonstrated left petrotentorial (CPA) lesion that homogeneos contrasted hyperintense images and suggestive of meningiomas. A left retrosigmoid suboccipital craniotomy in park bench position was used to resect tumor. |
