CT shows probable Giant intracranial aneurysm that got ruptured in this Hypertensive patient. . Immediate Goals: - To control the blood pressure - To reduce the brain pressure (medically + surgically) External Ventricular Drain is the surgery where we put a tube inside the brain to release brain fluid (CSF), that instantly reduces brain pressure. . But in a ruptured aneurysm we just can’t release like other cases.
