First step: EVD in emergency Second step : after MRI we performed an endoscopic third ventriculostomy and a biopsy of the lesion through the same precoronal burr hole . We left an EVD for safety .The stomy didn't work .We removed the EVD only after the final microsurgical approach Histopatology : Pineocytoma -Grade 1 WHO Third step : microsurgical resection through a supracerebellar subtentorial approach in sitting position. |
