| Video Discription | A 32 year old lady presented with discharge from right ear and decreased hearing. On examination, there was a hole in the ear drum. Surgical exploration revealed eroded middle ear bones which contributed to decrease in hearing. Eroded bones were refashioned and the continuity of bones was attained. Ear drum perforation was sealed with tissue from the body. Post operative evaluation revealed improvement of hearing. |
