The video highlights how quickly and safely robotic surgery can be performed. This particular surgery was done with less time and with much smaller incisions than a traditional myomectomy. As the video shows the time from injection to the completion of the suturing took less then 19 minutes. The total surgery time was less then 1 hour and the patient was discharge home the same day. This particular patient reported using very little pain medication post operatively. |
