| Video Discription | A large a comm artery aneurysm fed by both A1. Gyrus rectus approach taken. Intraoperative rupture after poor positioning of initial clip whose blades did not appose. Rescue temporary clipping of both A1 was followed by using the blades of the bipolar forceps as a trail clip to see how occlusion was possible and then a fenestrated and a straight clip were used. A comm was reconstructed and no vessel was included in clip. uneventful post op recovery. |
