| Video Discription | 52 Yrs Female With History Of On And Off Headache For 6 Months Patient Had History Of Loss Of Balance and swaying while walking On Examination Patient Had Bilateral Papilledema with bilateral cerebellar signs with disdiadokinesia Patient Was Investigated With MRI Brain Which Showed isointense T1Lesion intra fourth ventricle with finger like projections entering the foramen of luskcha And Hyper On T2 And reverting on FLAIR .
