Total removal of tumor of right retrosigmoid approach using neurophysiologic monitoring function of the facial nerve and caudal group CN. The part of tumor which localized in cerebellopontine angle was detached from the brain stem and from the seventh-eighth nerve complex and from the posteroinferior cerebellar artery (PICA). CT scans with intravenous contrast before operation. MRI scans with intravenous contrast before operation. CT angiography scans. CT scans after operation. MRI scans after operation. Status after the operation. |
