| Video Discription | right side unruptured PICA aneurysm, of which neck involves PICA origin. Left side VA is occluded. The patient has chronic renal failure. Endovascular method was not amenable for this aneurysm, so, far lateral sub occipital transcondylar approach was chosen and the aneurysm was clipped with straight fenestrated clip. Postoperative angiography revealed small portion of the aneurysm was left over, but it is believed to be not significant. |
