| Video Discription | 42 year young gentleman underwent emergent clipping of right ICA bifurcation aneurysm.Sac of the aneurysm was 8.2 x 6.8 mm in size and neck was 3.2 mm.The saccular aneurysm was directed anterior toward frontal lobe. Aneurysm ruptured while sac dissection and it was a major bleeding.Temporary clip was applied at ICA for proximal control of bleeding followed by permanent mini clip application at neck of aneurysm.There was no major post operative complication. Patient went home 14 days after surgery with GOS of 5. |
