| Video Discription | presenting herewith a case of Hemangiopericytoma of nasal cavity. patient had undergone a FESS surgery earlier outside before 1.5 yrs (bx was s/o HEMANGIOPERICYTOMA). patient was referred for RT but he did not opt for it. later after 1.5 yrs presented with sudden epistaxis. on evaluation he had right nasal mass. bx - glomangiopericytoma. imaging s/o posterior nasal space extending to sphenoid sinus floor. we planned for endoscopic endonasal resection of the tumor. patient is 6 months post tx now doing fine. |
