Enchancing on contrast Their was associated mild hydrocephalus Imaging Features Were Suggestive Of Fourth ventricular mass lesion with spinal extension suggestive of ependymoma. patient was planned for concord position midline suboccipital craniotomy and telo-velar approach and decompression of tumour patient underwent complete excision and preservation of all nerves post-op patient had no neurological deficits.
