| Video Discription | This lady had a EHS M2-4, W3 incisional hernia. She has a history of lap to open cholecystectomy which was complicated by a bile duct injury. She had to undergo an open Roux-en-Y Hepaticojejunostomy in second stage, which was complicated by bleeding. So, she underwent reexploration. Now presented with a large incisional hernia with obstruction. Obstruction was managed conservatively, and eTEP approach used (Difficult because of scarred upper abdomen, and hernia in lower abdomen, making crossover challenging). |
