MRI pituitary protocol revealed a giant pituitary adenoma Knosp's grade 4. Patient underwent Endoscopic endonasal trans-sphenoidal removal of Tumor. Gross total removal of the tumor could be achieved. Patiend had few episodes of polyuria postoperatively which was managed accordingly.
