| Video Discription | Case of Left Paraclinoid ICA Aneurysm Clipping. After aLeft sided pterional craniotomy and dura opening, the sylvian cistern was opened widely. The anterior clinoid process was drilled intradurally and the Internal carotid stem was identified for temporary clipping. the ICA control was also takeen in the Neck. Clipping was done using permanent Yasargil Aesculap titanium Clip.Post operative DSA showed complete exclusion of Aneurysm with normal distal flow and minimal Spasm. Patient did well after a prolonged ICU stay. |
