The victim, Irfan, was attacked by the two men at a nearby liquor shop where he had gone with a friend. “While Irfan was waiting near the golgappa stall, the two accused came there and asked to be served first. An argument ensued and the two men attacked Irfan. “The incident was captured by a CCTV camera near the liquor shop. A murder case was registered at Swaroop Nagar police station.
