| Video Discription | Removal of tissue suspicious for residual tumor. After resection under white-light conditions an intraoperative MRI with the finding of contrast enhancement suspicious for residual tumor was performed (see Figure, Supplemental Digital Content 1). Although no clear signs of fluorescence were observed in the respective area, the resection was continued due to the iMRI finding and finally bright fluorescence of the specimen emerged. This might be attributed to a previously described bleaching-effect and displays the complementary value of both techniques. Histopathology revealed tumor tissue in the resected sample.
